   • Lead design efforts for underbody systems including bumpers, floor, and frame structures.
   • Primary design responsibility for hood and bumper systems on a battery electric vehicle (BEV) program (unreleased).
   • Lead wind tunnel testing to validate the aerodynamic impact of bumper duct designs, including an air-curtain duct that routes air around the wheel and tire.
   • Coordinate with vehicle architecture stylists so designs meet aesthetic and brand standards.
   • Collaborate with Crash Safety, Manufacturing, and Procurement to optimize parts for pedestrian and occupant safety, manufacturability, and cost.
   • Developed standardized bumper rigidity design criteria, validated with CAE and physical testing, adopted by the body design team.
   • Execute rapid prototyping with 3D printing for gap visualization and wind tunnel testing.
   • Partner with suppliers to meet DFM and DFA standards; support cost and weight reduction through design iteration.
